What Kreality does

We provide an all-in-one AI creator OS for short-form content:

  • •Hook + product slideshows — Pair strong hooks with product messaging for ready-to-post variations
  • •AI avatars — Generate custom spokespersons for your brand
  • •Green-screen memes — Add captions to popular meme templates
  • •Video analysis — AI-powered insights on your content performance
  • •Multi-platform publishing — Direct export and upload to 12+ platforms

Account rules

To use Kreality:

  • •You need a valid account (Google or email)
  • •You must provide accurate information
  • •You're responsible for your account security
  • •One person per account (no sharing)
  • •You must be 13 or older

Pricing and payments

Here's how money works:

Starter (free)

  • •5 video exports per month
  • •720p max resolution
  • •Basic AI analysis
  • •1 social platform

Pro Creator ($29/month)

  • •Unlimited video exports
  • •4K / 60fps rendering
  • •Advanced AI analysis
  • •All 12 platforms
  • •Custom templates

Enterprise (custom pricing)

  • •Everything in Pro
  • •Team collaboration
  • •White-label exports
  • •API access and custom AI training
  • •24/7 dedicated support

Payment terms

  • •Monthly billing
  • •Cancel anytime — no lock-in
  • •No refunds for partial months
  • •Failed renders may get credit refunds (not cash)
  • •AI generation is final — no refunds once generated

Credits

  • •Credits expire after 90 days
  • •Non-transferable between accounts
  • •Can't be exchanged for cash

Content ownership

Let's be clear about who owns what:

Your content

  • •Videos you create or edit are yours
  • •Uploaded footage and images remain yours
  • •Custom text, captions, and hooks are yours
  • •You keep all rights to your original content

Our content

  • •Green-screen templates and meme assets are licensed for use within Kreality
  • •AI models, editing algorithms, and pipelines are ours
  • •The Kreality brand and logo are ours

AI-generated content

  • •Slideshows, avatars, and other AI outputs you generate are yours to use
  • •We don't claim ownership of your generations
  • •You're responsible for how you use AI-generated content

Platform integrations

When connecting social accounts:

  • •You authorize us to post on your behalf
  • •You control what gets posted and when
  • •You can disconnect any platform at any time
  • •You must follow each platform's own terms and policies
  • •We're not responsible for violations of third-party platform policies

Prohibited uses

Don't use Kreality to:

  • •Create illegal or harmful content
  • •Impersonate others maliciously
  • •Spam or harass people
  • •Violate intellectual property rights
  • •Bypass our systems, rate limits, or access controls
  • •Resell, redistribute, or white-label our service without an Enterprise agreement

Service availability

Real talk about uptime:

  • •Sometimes things break — we're a small team moving fast
  • •No guarantees on availability
  • •Maintenance happens (usually overnight)
  • •We'll credit you for extended outages where possible

Liability limits

  • •We're not liable for your content or how you use it
  • •Our maximum liability is your last month's payment

Indemnification

You agree to cover us if:
